Job summary

Cruitin, LLC. in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a night shift (7pm–7am). The role focuses on maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulics, and automation in a manufacturing environment to keep the facility operating smoothly.

Requirements include 2+ years in manufacturing/maintenance, hydraulics experience, ability to read schematics, and strong electrical troubleshooting. DOE compensation with full benefits, PTO, and shift differential.

Qualifications

2+ years manufacturing/maintenance experience.
Experience with hydraulics.
Understanding of automation equipment and conveyance.
Strong electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance and Repair: perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, repair or replace faulty components, maintain logs.
Electrical Systems Management: install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, read schematics, troubleshoot faults, ensure safety compliance.
Industrial Maintenance: maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems, perform welding and fabrication, install new equipment, ensure lubrication.
Process Improvement: identify efficiency improvements, suggest equipment modifications, work with engineers and production staff.
Safety and Inventory: follow OSHA safety policies, maintain clean work area, monitor spare parts and tools inventory.
