• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Identify and inspect components; rebuild drives and timing.
• Wire and troubleshoot electrical components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow policies.
• Rotate assignments across bakery areas and support ongoing training.
• Obtain licenses for boilers, refrigeration and related equipment as required.
