Job Description

Pay: $42.00 - $46.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential

Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 5:30 pm - 5:30 am

Location: Pen Argyl, PA

Position:

We are seeking an industrial maintenance technician proficient in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and testing tools like multimeters and megger
• Size components and cabling for new electrical systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and trace electrical circuits
• Troubleshoot and set up VFD drives (SEW, Siemens, Lenze, Allen Bradley)
• Operate equipment to perform maintenance tasks
• Test machinery, identify parts, and perform repairs
• Install, repair, and dismantle machinery, including working at heights and with mobile equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and document tasks
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Electromechanics, Industrial Electrician, or relevant field
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and schematics
• Experience with 480vAC, 120vAC, 24vDC, and 4-20mA systems
• Ability to use testing equipment such as multimeters and megger
• Experience with VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and sensors
• Strong collaboration skills

Educational Requirements:

• Electrical certificates or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

Must frequently lift and move items up to 75 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds. Able to inspect materials, work in tight spaces, and ascend/descend ladders. Good communication skills required. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
