Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills with patients and families.
• Ability to assess patients and plan care.
• Knowledge of medications and treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and post-discharge care coordination.
• Health information documentation and record-keeping.
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross).
• RN license in PA.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, Critical Care/ICU preferred.
