Qualifications

• Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Certified Nursing Assistant registered in Georgia.
• Certified Medical Assistant certified by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).
• Registered Medical Assistant by the American Medical Technologists (AMT).
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
• One year of direct patient care experience (CNA, PCT, ED Tech, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing assistance and patient care to support comfort, safety and personal needs of patients.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and hygiene tasks.
• Operates within a unit-based, self-directed patient care team, collaborating with licensed and non-licensed staff.
