Qualifications

• Performs nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinates delivery of safe, quality patient care through interdisciplinary communication.
• Maintains accurate documentation and records of care and patient status.
• Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration while supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Applies evidence-based practice and participates in nursing research activities.
