Job summary

Kenvue in Lititz, PA is recruiting a 3rd shift HVAC / Pipefitter to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and document plant utility systems including HVAC, steam, water, gas and related piping.

The role operates 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday; requires high school diploma or GED with HVAC trade-school or Journeyman Pipefitter/Plumber; 2 years HVAC/pipefitting experience or 5 years; written test; training rate $43.68/hr with $0.90 shift diff; base salary $53,550–$75,600; union environment; full benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a High School diploma or GED and either a trade-school diploma in HVAC or a qualified Journey Person Pipefitter or Plumber.
• Minimum of two years current experience or minimum of five-year prior experience working in HVAC or pipefitting/plumbing with a professional company.
• A written test will be administered to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, inspect and document a variety of plant utilities including HVAC, steam, water, waste, gas, air, hydraulic systems and their piping and pumps.
• Operate electric and acetylene welding equipment and perform soldering/brazing as needed.
• Plan and layout installations using piping standards and read piping sketches/blueprints.
• Install, maintain and repair pipe lines for steam, condensate, water, sprinkler, drainage, vent, gas, air and process lines.
