Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Unit Clerk (HUC 7B) for the Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. The role supports nursing unit operations and patient care coordination on a 32-hour night shift with weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, equipment requests, and supporting the nurse manager. A high school diploma and secretarial experience are expected, with vaccination requirements in place. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.
• Computer skills including knowledge of the computer system and related secretarial experience are preferred.
• Over three months up to and including one year of related work experience.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Responsabilités

• Coordinate ancillary patient/unit services and requests for equipment/supplies.
• Assist the Manager, Patient Care or Designee with duties and responsibilities as directed.
