Job summary

Vital Farms is hiring a Housekeeping Associate for our Egg Central Station facility. This night-shift role reports to the Sanitation Manager and requires 12-hour shifts (7pm–7am) with Week 1 and Week 2 rotation.

You’ll keep offices and production areas clean, support crew events, stock supplies, and follow GMP and safety rules. Must have prior housekeeping experience, be able to lift up to 60 pounds, and work evenings with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in office or industrial housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must speak/read/write English for safety and quality.
• Must be able to work one of our 12-hour shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of offices, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, crew breakroom and common areas.
• Dust furniture, office equipment and fixtures to keep workspace inviting.
• Manage waste and recycling; keep space clutter-free.
• Care for crew breakroom and kitchen; assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with staff to support events and meetings; ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies.
• Adhere to GMP and health/safety regulations; report hazards promptly.
• Operate sanitation equipment and safely handle chemicals.
