Qualifications

• Education/Experience: No less than high school education or equivalent.
• Certification: Alcohol awareness certification; security training permits/certification as required depending on the area.
• Interpersonal skills are essential for guest and staff interactions.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveillance by patrolling hotel grounds, parking areas, lobby and hallways.
• Escort guests and staff to and from the hotel when needed and remove disruptive individuals.
• Maintain order during high occupancy or events.
• Report incidents to supervisors in real time and document resolved events.
• Investigate disturbances and respond to emergencies, fire alarms, etc.
• Provide guest services, directions and information on local area.
