Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospitalists seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to work the night shift (7P-7A) in hospital medicine. The APP must have a supervision agreement (SA) or standard care arrangement (SCA) with a physician, and demonstrate high-level clinical decision-making and professionalism.

Responsibilities include history and physicals, data interpretation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Required)
• Current Ohio PA license and NCCPA certification
• Current APRN license to practice in Ohio
• Certification from ANCC, AANP, or AACN

Responsibilities

• Obtain and perform medical history and physical exams, interpret data, and formulate treatment plans.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding medical care; coordinate with multidisciplinary care team.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and ensure timely, compliant documentation.
• Work in hospital-based inpatient setting on night shift (7P-7A) under supervision agreement.
