Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred.
• 2 years experience working directly with victims of crime required.
• General experience assisting and providing advocacy services to victims of crime preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis response to patients and families in the immediate aftermath of violence.
• Offer comfort to patients in the trauma bay and provide updates to families.
• Link patients and families to crime victim services and resources.
• Perform program activities in a hospital setting under supervision of the Trauma Outreach Manager.

Formation
