Job summary

ACHE’s Olathe Hospital is seeking a Security Officer for night shift (6:00pm-6:00am). The role requires patrolling the facility, controlling visitor access, and responding to emergencies with calm, professional conduct.

Candidates should be able to operate security equipment, assist with transport of deceased patients as needed, and document incidents accurately. Training in PPE, IAHSS, and taser/bodycam use will be provided to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security or related fields preferred.
• Ability to operate security equipment and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol internal and external areas and enforce policies.
• Control visitor access during non-visiting hours.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and document events.
