Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital areas and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor management, and direct traffic while remaining professional and compassionate.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
