Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Florida Driver's License (Class E) required.
• Experience in hospital security preferred; law enforcement or military background encouraged.
• Complete BHSF security training during probation; additional training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Maintain orderly operations across all Baptist Health South Florida entities.
• Respond to incidents, enforce policies, and document events per security procedures.
