Two years of experience in a progressive hospital pharmacy practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the delivery of pharmaceutical care to hospital patients.
Respond quickly to Code Rapid Response and Code Blue situations and transport emergency pharmacy medication box.
