Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, Kentucky is seeking a Tech II, Engineering for the night shift. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of hospital equipment and facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and reliable operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, using the CMMS system, and supporting emergency response planning. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with priority given to prior maintenance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet a 1-hour onsite callback.
Electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic circuits.
Must be able to manage multiple projects and follow instructions.
Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment repair preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities as directed.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain department gear and grounds.
Coordinate with contractors and internal staff to ensure timely tasks.
Use CMMS to track tasks, closures, and maintenance history.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Joint Commission standards.
Respond to weather-related events and emergencies per plan.
Support incident command and maintain confidentiality.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper documentation.
