Job summary

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital in Sullivan, MO, is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to support our Environmental Services team. The role covers patient room cleaning, daily housekeeping duties, and discharge cleaning, with a 10:30 PM–7:00 AM shift and 40 hours per week.

You will work rotating holidays and weekends, interact with patients, and help maintain a clean, infection-free facility. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and no prior experience is necessary.

• Willingness to work nights and weekends as rotating schedule may apply.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine janitorial and cleaning in patient, public, and common areas.
• Performs discharge cleaning in inpatient rooms and prepares room for next admission.
• Performs room setup and changes, including changing linens and furnishing.
• Keeps equipment clean and functional according to procedure.
• Notifies supervisor of any equipment or facility issues.
