Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and posted instructions.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Operate floor care and sanitation machinery per Environmental Department policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy cleaning to maintain hospital cleanliness and sanitation.
• Shampoo carpets, refinish floors, and clean patient areas following procedures.
• Keep bathrooms, corridors and patient rooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with setup of conference rooms and other spaces as needed.
