Saint Francis Hospital South, L.L.C. is seeking an Environmental Services Worker for full-time night shifts (10:30 PM–7:00 AM), Monday–Friday with every other weekend.

The role focuses on cleaning patient rooms and general spaces, following safe work practices and infection control guidelines to maintain high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, waste removal, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and write and understand safety signage.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Customer service driven mindset.
• Ability to use a phone/paging system for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and sanitizing in patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Maintains flooring care, vacuums, shampoos, and strips carpets as needed.
• Uses buffers, mops, and other tools for floor and surface cleaning.
• Handles waste collection and removal, including recycling and trash.
• Restocks cleaning supplies and reports maintenance needs.
