Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an Environmental Services Associate in Green Bay, WI for a full-time night shift. You will clean patient care areas, offices and common areas using power equipment, ensuring safe, sanitary environments and proper waste handling.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety MSDS procedures. Competitive pay range $19.80-$29.70 per hour with benefits and weekend/holiday requirements.

Qualifications

Ability to operate various cleaning equipment, including machine scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
Ability to follow and understand oral and written instructions.
Ability to work independently and understand facility layout.
Ability to set priorities and follow department policies.
Basic computer skills and strong customer service.
Excellent communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Cleans furniture and carpets in rooms, hallways, stairs, and offices using power equipment.
Operates cleaning equipment and reports safety hazards or equipment needs.
Uses cleaning products safely and references MSDS when needed.
Sets up rooms for meetings and delivers AV equipment.
Cleans patient care areas, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, and offices.
Cleans environmental surfaces including ceilings, walls, and windows.
Sorts, disposes recyclables, trash, and medical waste per guidelines.
Maintains supplies and supports linen handling and distribution.
Reports mechanical failures or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
