Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned machines to produce high-quality machined parts according to specifications.
• Set up machines based on job blueprints and specifications.
• Perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to maintain production flow.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and adherence to quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery, particularly Mazatrol or Mazak Smooth G controllers.
• Experience setting up and qualifying weldments.
• Understanding of machining principles and blueprint reading.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
