Job Responsibilities

This is a NIGHT SHIFT Position

Responsible for operating and maintaining assigned Machine to produce high-quality machined parts according to specifications. This role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

  1. Set up assigned Machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
  2. Operate Machines to perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping.
  3. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within tolerance and meet quality standards.
  4. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  5. Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
  6. Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  7. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
  2. Experience operating in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Experience with Mazatrol or Mazak Smooth G controller is a must.
  4. Must be experienced with setting up and qualifying weldments.
  5. Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
  6. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  7. Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  11. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  12. Commitment to safety and quality.
