Job summary

Kitchen Guard of San Antonio is seeking a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician to join our overnight crew in San Antonio, TX. This part-time role covers 16-30 hours per week with Sunday-Thursday shifts, check-in 8-10 PM and wrap-up 4-6 AM.

You will power wash kitchen exhaust systems, set up and break down sites, work independently, maintain equipment, and contribute to a safe, clean environment. We offer $14.00 per hour, paid time off, uniforms, advancement opportunities, and a supportive

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to climb ladders and access rooftops when needed to perform exhaust cleaning tasks.
• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs a minimum distance of 100 ft.
• Be able to stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and works quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters and fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment, reporting discrepancies as needed.

• Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
• Have excellent attention to detail and work quickly and efficiently.
