Job summary

Nelbud is hiring Commercial Hood Cleaning Technicians for the Flint area. This is a physically demanding, overnight field position with paid hands-on training and a structured 30-60-90 day program for advancement.

Shift times range from 6:00 PM to midnight, and travel to customer locations is required. No hood cleaning experience is necessary, with training provided. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Overnight schedule ability and willingness to work nights.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods and ductwork.
• Perform pressure washing and cleaning on rooftops and around kitchen equipment.
• Travel to customer sites as part of a field crew.
• Maintain a clean worksite and follow safety procedures.
