Nelbud is hiring Commercial Hood Cleaning Technicians to service restaurants and facilities across North Jersey. This overnight, full-time role involves cleaning kitchen exhaust systems, climbing ladders, and performing rooftop work with paid, hands-on training.

No hood cleaning experience is required, and new technicians enter a structured 30-60-90 day program with milestones and potential advancement. Shift times typically start between 6:00 PM and midnight, with opportunities for overtime and

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work overnight and on varied schedules.
• Able to perform physically demanding labor and work at heights.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and safety-minded.
• No hood cleaning experience required; transferable skills welcome.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans.
• Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and cleaning equipment.
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and around kitchen equipment.
• Travel to customer locations as part of a field-based crew.
• Protect customer work areas and maintain a clean jobsite.
• Follow safety procedures and standards.
• Deliver professional, dependable service to customers.
