You will inspect, clean, and troubleshoot equipment while adhering to NFPA standards and using company-provided apps for reporting. The position requires overnight or early-morning shifts, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience in hood cleaning or kitchen exhaust cleaning preferred.
• Must be able to work night/early morning shifts and some weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled hood cleaning services for restaurants and commercial kitchens.
• Ensure compliance with fire protection and safety standards.
• Diagnose technical problems and determine solutions.
• Utilize mobile applications to complete service tickets and reports.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in excellent condition.
• Perform setup and teardown of all equipment at job sites.
• Report NFPA 98 deficiencies and follow company safety procedures.
