Job summary

Norsk Hydro in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for a permanent night-shift role focused on material handling and forklift operation. You will receive, move, and load goods, maintain orderly log yards, and operate various industrial equipment while upholding safety and process standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a certified forklift operator credential, and a clean driving record. Manufacturing experience and CDL eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified forklift operator with training completed.
• Good driving record required.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily receipt of incoming goods.
• Load trailers with finished product.
• Dump container trailers.
• Keep log yards neat, organized and segregated.
• Move logs in the log yard as required.
• Operate industrial mobile equipment (front loader, forklift, Callahan, roll-off truck).
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
• Strive for continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
