Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning following safety practices.
• Reposition patients to promote comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition as directed by care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse/care team.
• Maintain timely documentation of care performed and patient needs.
