Job summary

The Skagit Casino Resort is seeking a Heavy Duty Cleaner to deeply clean and maintain the casino public areas and rest rooms. The role may back up Hotel Housemen for hotel public areas as needed.

Responsibilities include operating floor machines and other cleaning equipment, with shifts from 11pm to 7am, including weekends and holidays. The position requires attention to instructions and reliability in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or be able to perform the math, reading and comprehension requirements of the position.
• Previous knowledge of and experience with floor machines and cleaning equipment required.
• Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Must be available from 11pm - 7am, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the casino public areas and rest rooms.
• May serve as backup to Hotel Housemen cleaning the public areas and rest rooms of the Hotel.
• Operate extractor equipment, floor scrubber, shampoo machine, polishing machine, and scrubber as needed.
