Job summary

The Olen Corporation is seeking a night-shift operator at our south Columbus facility near Hwy 23 and I-270. You will operate haul trucks and other mining-related equipment, load and unload materials, and perform routine equipment inspections in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining conveyors, crushers, and processing machinery, keeping detailed maintenance records, and assisting with repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple types of trucks and mine-related equipment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform inspections and maintain maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul truck and water truck in a safe, efficient manner.
• Load, dump, and transport materials as directed.
• Maintain and inspect processing equipment, conveyors, screens, and crushers.
• Keep ground water levels to control dust and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Record maintenance and assist with routine repairs and welding as needed.
