Job summary

The Olen Corporation in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced equipment operator to join our south Columbus facility. You will operate haul and water trucks, excavators, dozers, loaders, and other equipment, while performing routine inspections and maintaining records to ensure safe, efficient operation.

We require a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work day shifts. Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential for this role within our safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple types of trucks.
• Ability to inspect equipment and report malfunctions.
• Understand and follow safety guidelines on site.
• Maintain awareness of dust control and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul truck and water truck at the facility.
• Load/dump material efficiently and safely.
• Keep ground watered to control dust.
• Operate excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rollers and other equipment.
• Record and maintain maintenance and inspection records.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and repair as directed.
