AAA Parking is seeking friendly, professional Cashiers for the St. Louis Union Station Hotel location. You will greet guests, handle payments, and provide a welcoming, efficient parking experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous cashier, parking, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, receipts, validations, and related records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance transactions according to company procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift as required by the location.
• Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
• Must be able to follow safety, security, and cash-handling procedures responsibly.
• Ability to successfully complete any required background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Warmly greet and assist guests as they enter or exit the parking facility.
• Process Payments Accurately: Collect and process parking payments using the designated cashier system and issue receipts.
• Represent AAA Parking Professionally: Maintain a polished appearance and a clean, inviting workspace.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with valets, staff, and hotel team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Prioritize Safety & Security: Follow safety, security and cash-handling procedures and report issues promptly.
