Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, LLC is seeking a Guard Shack Clerk for the Hanover, PA facility on the Week Night Shift. The role supports both guard shack duties and the distribution office, coordinating driver documents and gate activity on a Monday-Thursday, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in incoming truck drivers and verify documentation.
• Manage inbound/outbound dock appointments and maintain shipping records.
• Rotate between office and guard shack, staying organized and professional.
• Upload and process shipping documents daily in the TMS.
• Release loads and prioritize tasks with warehouse leadership.
• Provide clear direction to drivers on site and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain order and safety in guard and admin duties.
• Communicate across departments to keep goods flowing efficiently.
