Job summary

Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 is seeking a Night Crew lead to oversee the store during the Third Shift. You will supervise clerks, stock shelves, and ensure inventory levels and back room organization align with company standards.

Your role includes assisting with ordering, Front End and Office operations, and training Night Crew Associates while enforcing sanitation and pricing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Third Shift operation two to three nights per week.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and leveled, proper stock levels, and correct signage.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for Grocery, and manage back room storage.
• supervise Front End and Office operations, including check approvals and nightly resets.
• Hire, train and develop Night Crew Associates in Grocery operations.
• Enforce sanitation, pricing procedures, and company policies.
