Price Chopper is seeking a Night Crew Supervisor to oversee the Third Shift store operations, ensuring efficient performance, safety, and customer service. You will manage Night Crew scheduling, merchandising, and front-end/office tasks while upholding company policies and 5S standards.

You will lead a team, train new associates, and coordinate with inventory and receiving to maintain stock levels and accurate pricing. Store hours and shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Oversee the third shift store operation and supervise Night Crew Associates.
• Assist with ordering and receiving warehouse or DSD product to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain 5S standards for a neat, organized workstation.
• Schedule Night Crew Associates and manage Front End and Office operations.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking and shelf conditions per company policy.
• Ensure proper shelving, stock levels and signage; uphold pricing procedures.
