Job summary

Serv-U-Success in Michigan is hiring a Flex Store Representative for part-time night shifts (8 pm–4 am), 24–32 hours weekly. You will stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, and move inventory between storage and the sales floor, with travel within a defined territory.

Primary days are Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday; two-week training runs Tue–Thu. Open weekend availability is required; you must work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in a service industry is a plus.
• Ability to use a personal mobile device and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate shelved products, including displays.
• Reset and build displays using planograms and guidelines.
• Rotate date-sensitive products on shelves and in backrooms.
• Transport products between sales floor and backroom.
• Work safely with store equipment and use electronic devices for reporting.
• Develop relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers.
