Job summary

ShopRite of Center Square in Woolwich, NJ is seeking a Night Crew Clerk to unload deliveries, process incoming stock, and keep the Grocery Department neat, safe, and visually appealing for customers. Responsibilities include following approved procedures, checking prices, stocking products, and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift 25–50 lbs., and the flexibility to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle inventory tasks.
• Must stand/walk for the duration of a shift and lift 25 lbs. with occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process deliveries, restock and rotate products in Grocery.
• Maintain clean, neat, and safe work area following QA and safety rules.
• Assist customers with friendly, prompt service and pricing inquiries.
• Follow procedures for price marking, product placement, and stock control.
• Operate equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly.
