Job summary

The Save Mart Companies is hiring for a Multi-Purpose Clerk - Grocery (Night Crew) in Sparks, NV. This role covers stocking, pricing, offloading shipments, and routine store duties on an overnight schedule.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, temperature control in cases and coolers, operating the register, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Strong English communication and a proactive, team-first attitude are required.

Responsibilities

Receive, stock, display, pricing and face product.
Break down loads including unwrapping, rotating and packing boxes
Order writing, item to tag integrity
Report all risks or safety issues to management
Ensure proper temperature in cases/coolers
Maintain inventory accuracy
Minimal checking on cash register
Sweep and mop sales floor, front end, back rooms, and refrigerated areas
Know location of MSDS binder and information about all materials used during work
May operate forklift if authorized and certified
May operate commercial baler if authorized to compress cardboard
Perform other duties as assigned
