Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math, inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures.
• Able to cover multiple positions and work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Follow safety, grooming and dress code policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in directing night crew operations and training.
• Supervise and participate in night crew activities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product quality, rotate stock, and manage backroom housekeeping.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, inventory control, and displays.
• Operate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks; ensure a safe environment.
• Plan merchandise needs and seasonal requirements.
• Verify orders against invoices and audit contents.
• Enforce operating and merchandising policies; control shrink.
• Foster customer-focused atmosphere and vendor relations.
• Implement loss prevention and after-hours security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
