Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Knowledge of inventory control and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise night crew activities to maximize sales.
• Train associates and communicate with Store Director on night crew.
• Rotate, stock, face products and maintain backroom; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and building displays; operate related equipment.
• Enforce company policies, shrink control, and loss prevention during night hours.
• Maintain customer service focus and positive vendor relations.
