Albertsons Companies is seeking a Night Crew Supervisor to oversee the grocery department’s night operations and lead a team to maximize sales, service, and efficiency. You’ll train staff, ensure product quality, and manage stock while upholding safety and company policies.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise night crew and direct grocery department operations.
• Train personnel and communicate with the Grocery Manager and Store Director.
• Maintain product quality, rotate stock, and manage backroom inventory.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and creating product displays.
• Enforce cost, quality, and inventory controls; complete reports accurately.
• Enforce company policies and loss prevention procedures after hours.
• Support friendly, fast, and courteous customer service; manage vendor relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
