Job summary

Smart & Final Stores is seeking a Part-time Associate for Overnight Load Crew at 455 Seaside. The role requires stocking, pricing, and customer service duties, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency during overnight shifts.

Starting rate is $16.90 per hour. Eligible candidates will assist with stocking, displays, and basic store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English and interact with the general public/coworkers.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store sections, stock merchandise, and ensure proper pricing and date coding.
• Set up promotional displays and verify invoices for accuracy.
• Keep sanitation standards in all store areas and parking lot.
• Operate cash register, handle payments, refunds, and certificates as approved.
• Verify customer eligibility when selling alcohol.
• Assist customers with product information and direction to vehicles as needed.
• Record lost/damaged goods and manage store supplies.
