Job summary

System One is seeking a Washroom Tech in Monmouth Junction, NJ for a contract-to-hire role. You will join on-site operations, performing cleaning and sanitation tasks to meet production schedules and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing teams, ensuring supplies are stocked, and maintaining compliance with cGMPs and FDA standards. The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Manufacturing and Operations teams in cleaning manufacturing equipment and instrumentation in accordance with SOPs, cGMPs, and FDA standards
• Provide and monitor the continuous flow of product and components to all manufacturing areas, ensuring supplies are organized and in stock
• Ensure manufacturing equipment is cleaned to meet production schedules and comply with all safety and quality standards
• Support daily cleaning functions, including vaults, floors, hallways, etc.
• Assist in general manufacturing activities as needed
• Follow work orders and specifications precisely
• Adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures
