Job summary

SBM is hiring a GMP Technician in New Jersey to maintain clean, GMP-compliant work areas and assist the shift lead with routine tasks. The role requires basic reading and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to follow detailed procedures.

Training in gowning and safety certifications may be provided. The position operates 3:00AM–2:00PM with three consecutive days off, offering a rate of $20.00–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned areas within GMP clean and orderly.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures and report risks.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, leads and coworkers.
• Complete daily logs and assist with punch-list items for the shift.
• Train in gowning procedures and participate in area cleaning tasks.
• Support shift lead and act as area fill-in during staff shortages.
