Job summary

Graphic Village in Cincinnati, OH, is hiring for a full-time Folder Gluer operator. You will set up, operate, and maintain folder and gluer equipment to meet quality standards, while following safety procedures in a fast-paced print production environment.

Shift is 9:30pm–6:00am, Sunday through Thursday, totaling 40 hours per week. The role includes training apprentices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on gluer/folder experience.
• Able to glue and fold a variety of carton sizes.
• Must read and follow job tickets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate folder and gluer equipment.
• Correct and/or report any unsafe conditions.
• Train apprentice and entry level members as needed. Suggest ideas for companywide continuous improvement.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on glue and folder equipment.
• Match sample to glue and fold pieces.
• Must be able to glue and fold a variety of sizes and types of cartons.
• Maintain quality and productivity.
