Qualifications

• Expertise in warehouse management systems used in facility operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Forklift operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Contribute to weekly department meetings with the team.
• Assist in load utilization and cargo integrity planning.
• Support in developing cargo sort operating plans and dock schedules.
• Verify documentation including load manifests and bills of lading.
• Manage trailer inventories, yard services, security, and access.
• Monitor OS&D shipments and workflows.
• Assist in meeting KPI standards as per procedures.
• Identify capacity constraints and assist in contingencies.
• Ensure service provider equipment is available at regional branches.
