• Expertise in warehouse management system used in facility & supporting technology.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• GDP (Goods Distribution Practice) Trained.

Responsibilities

• Allocate workloads within the department.
• Make sure department deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Contribute to weekly department meetings with team.
• Review department goals and business plan with team.
• Assist Regional Manager with staffing requirements and scheduling.
• Develop and implement best practices for load utilization and cargo integrity.
• Assist warehouse manager with cargo sort plans and dock sequencing.
• Ensure required documentation including load manifests and bills of lading.
• Monitor OS&D shipments and support documentation workflows.
• Work with team to meet KPI standards and capacity planning.
