National Star Services is seeking General Laborers for the Westminster, MA 01473 location to support yard and outdoor labor tasks. The role involves assisting drivers, tarping loads, and securing equipment in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

The shift is 3rd shift, 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay at $20.00 per hour. Steel-toe boots, ID verification, and background/drug checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must provide two valid forms of identification (Photo ID & SSC).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Steel-toe boots are required for safety.
• Reliable transportation is required (No public transportation near site).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, pulling, securing tarps).
• Willingness to undergo a Background Check & Drug Test.
• Must be available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with covering flatbed trailers using heavy-duty tarps.
• Secure tarps using straps, chains, and bungee cords to ensure safe transport of loads.
• Perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment.
• Inspect tarps and securement equipment for proper use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with additional yard and labor duties as assigned.
