Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Baytown, TX is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to support tire recycling plant operations in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. The role requires operating forklifts and handling materials, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

You will work nights: Monday–Friday 11:00pm–7:30am, and perform tasks that keep operations running smoothly, including lifting up to 50 lbs and adapting to hot, cold, wet conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, wet, dirty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and assist with material handling.
• Work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Understand directions and use hand tools as needed.
